Step 1: Attend a pre-course counselling session with either our Student Development Managers or Certified Agents. They will advice you on the most optimal education path according to your age and academic qualifications.

Step 3: Upon approval by us, you will receive the following documents:
- Letter of Offer
- Advisory Note
- Standard Student Contract
- Late Enrolment Form (if you are unable to start attending class on the first day of school)
Step 4: Submit your course fees at least 7 working days before the commencement of your course.
Step 5: Upon approval by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA), you will be notified of the approval and receive your In-Principal approval letter. We will arrange for you to collect your Student Pass upon your arrival in Singapore.
Q: Is my passport required during the application process?
A: Yes, your passport has to be valid for at least another 6 months for visa application.
Q: Am I required to fill in the Late Enrolment Form?
A: You are only required to fill in the form if you are starting the course after the stated starting date.
Q: Must the notarised birth certificate include a photo?
Q: Am I allowed to pay my course fees after arriving in Singapore?
A: Yes, as long as your payment is made before the commencement of your course.
Q: Is there a minimum household income and savings required?
A: Yes, a bank statement and proof of combined household monthly income are required. The amount though differs from country to country.
Q: I do not have my graduation certificate. What other methods are there for me to show proof of my education qualifications?
A: We will require a letter of proof of your education qualifications from your previous school(s).
Q: When is the deadline for submission of application?
A: We do not have a fixed deadline. However, we advice you submit your application approximately three months before the start of your course.
Q: Am I allowed to apply for both a Student’s Visa and a Tourist Visa at the same time?
A: No, you are to use your In Principle Approval for entry to Singapore.
Q: Can course fees be paid on an instalment basis?
A: Course fees are to be paid on a yearly instalment basis while courses with a duration of 12 months or less require a one-time payment.
