Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support Furen International School’s student recruitment and marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating marketing operations, managing education agent relationships, and engaging with parents and prospective students. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to support outreach, content management, reporting, and promotional activities that enhance the school visibility and growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Conduct school tours and provide consultations to parents and education agents as required.
Coordinate and manage study tour–related activities, including invoice preparation, collection of feedback, and professional handling of enquiries or complaints.
Act as the primary point of contact for all education agent–related matters, including:
— Processing agent documentation and applications
— Preparing and maintaining agent onboarding and training materials
— Managing and updating agent lists and records
Disseminate regular school updates to agents, such as monthly newsletters, solar term charts, training invitations, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate the updating, accuracy, and maintenance of content on the school website.
Compile, track, analyse, and report results from the Average Pre-Course Counselling Satisfaction Survey.
Prepare and submit weekly on-site reports to the Head of Marketing on assigned projects and ongoing tasks.
Prepare Agent Training Evaluation and Analysis Reports.
Support the Marketing Department in the following areas:
— Writing, editing, and managing marketing content and articles
— Handling, screening, and allocating incoming customer enquiries appropriately
— Assisting with the preparation, processing, and management of marketing-related documentation
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or school management.

Requirements & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous in documentation and reporting
Comfortable interacting with parents, students, and overseas education agents
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic content management systems
Prior experience in education marketing or agent management will be an advantage

Form Teachers

We are seeking a dedicated Form Teacher (FT) to support students’ academic growth, personal development, and overall well-being in an international school environment. This role requires passion for education, professionalism, and patience in working with students aged 14 to 18. The FT will act as a key liaison between the school, students, parents, and internal departments, ensuring the safety, welfare, and holistic development of assigned students. Each FT typically oversees 2 to 3 classes, totalling approximately 50 to 60 students, and provides guidance on post-A-Level pathways and university applications.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree from a recognized university or higher qualification.
Prior experience in university admissions counselling is preferred, or a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Form Teacher or within Student Services.
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), as the majority of students are from Mainland China and effective communication with Mandarin-speaking parents is essential.
Overseas study experience is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Student Support

Coordinate closely with Student Services, Discipline, Academic, and Hostel teams to manage student attendance, discipline matters, and counselling needs, including liaising with external counsellors where required.
Provide ongoing guidance and pastoral care to students on academic performance, course transfers, personal concerns, and overall well-being.
Communicate regularly with parents through in-person meetings and digital platforms (e.g. WeChat, Zoom) to provide updates on students academic progress, conduct, and hostel life.
Prepare counselling and student progress reports, analyse feedback, and provide evaluations to support continuous improvement of student services.
Support the Form Teacher Department with documentation, reporting, and other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by school management.

Guidance Counsellors

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Guidance Counsellor to support students in planning and achieving their university and career aspirations. This role involves working closely with current students and recent graduates to provide structured guidance on university options, admissions, scholarships, and application strategies. The Guidance Counsellor will collaborate with fellow counsellors, parents, and internal stakeholders, while building strong relationships with local and overseas universities to ensure students receive accurate, timely, and personalised advice throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Guidance & Counselling

Provide comprehensive university counselling to students and recent graduates (including returning Singaporeans) through individual consultations and group sessions, conducted both on campus and via online platforms such as Zoom or VooV.
Guide students through the full university application process, including course selection, scholarship applications, personal statement writing, and interview preparation.
Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions to offer personalised advice tailored to students academic profiles, interests, and long-term goals.
Facilitate counselling sessions involving parents when required, ensuring clear communication and alignment on students university pathways.

Admissions & Application Support

Coordinate with partner universities and external organisations to arrange meetings, internships, and placement opportunities where applicable.
Research, track, and update information on university admissions criteria, deadlines, courses, scholarships, and testing requirements, and prepare relevant informational materials.
Present university options, entry requirements, and preparation strategies to students during classes using presentations and other resources.
Assist students and parents in selecting suitable universities and majors, and support the collection, review, and revision of application documents.
Manage and monitor university applications, providing regular updates to students and relevant school staff.
Maintain accurate records of application outcomes and offers received, and analyse data for reporting and continuous improvement.
Support the Guidance Counselling department in planning and executing university fairs, career talks, and other student engagement events, both online and in-person.

Strong passion for supporting students and working closely with both students and parents.
Relevant experience in university counselling or admissions support is preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest in the field are welcome to apply.

Academic Teachers

We're Hiring

We are seeking passionate and dedicated full-time Academic Teachers to join Furen International School’s high school faculty. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching and guiding international learners in subjects including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics. Teachers will play a key role in preparing students for academic examinations such as Cambridge IGCSE, CIE A-Level, as well as standardized tests like IELTS and ACT, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students academic levels and learning needs.
Prepare assessment materials, including exams, quizzes, and assignments, and mark student work accurately and fairly.
Support students academic growth by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and additional learning support where necessary.
Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement strategies to help students improve and excel.
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and professional development activities as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area; a strong academic track record at A-Level in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Economics is preferred.
